Embedded Copper Tube Cold Plates

Cold Plates - Embedded CopperEmbedded Cooper Cold Plates with Low Pressure Drop for application requiring copper wetted metals.  For flow rates up to 4 lpm (1 lpm)

Suitable for a wide variety of applications including:

  • Thermoelectric module cooling
  • Laboratory hot/cold plates
  • Analytical instruments
  • Medical applications
  • Any other application requiring uniform liquid temperature control

These cold plates are made from copper tubing pressed into aluminum cold plates.
Note that the thermal uniformity is not as good as our solid aluminum plates,
but is adequate for many applications.

Material: copper tubing pressed into 6063 aluminum T6 hardened aluminum

Flatness: Flat to 0.0005 in./in. 0.005 in. overall (both sides) 

Two sided:  
both sides can be used for heat transfer, although the heat transfer
is better on the top side.
